Poznan Film Commission (PFC) is the film office of the City of Poznań, operating within the structures of Estrada Poznańska - a municipal cultural institution. Our main task is to facilitate film, television and advertising production in Poznań.

We provide information related to formal requirements set by city services, procedures related to road blockades, drone flights,

We determine the ownership of land within the administrative boundaries of the city in the context of the location sought.

We provide logistical assistance to producers in finding accommodation, providing additional film services (casting, equipment rental, props) and other services necessary for film production (catering, transport).

WE PRODUCE

We help you quickly and efficiently complete formalities and obtain the authorizations necessary to create a specific shooting plan (writing recommendations, applications, letters) in the City of Poznań and the Poznań Metropolis, through close cooperation with officials, municipal units and neighboring municipalities.

In the case of larger productions, we mediate directly in negotiations with municipal units or private facility managers.

We help in finding the best film locations (location scout),

We obtain appropriate permits (accelerated procedure)

We facilitate cooperation with uniformed services (information for the Police, City Guard, Fire Brigade).

We manage locations during production (location manager)
