Lake / Pond, Landscape, Park, Sports hall

The park constituted a portion of the west green belt, and it was – together with a villa district initially intended for the place of residence for German high rank city officials – an element of the Joseph Stübben urban layout dating back to XX century. The park demonstrates a diversified form, with a park and forest character dominating in the west part and a park character in the east part. The area of the park includes three ponds being the river backwaters, there are numerous bridges and diversified flora. At the north verge, there are tram rails with a historical tram stop dating back to the beginning of the previous century.
