Dolna Wilda Power Plant / John Paul II Park
The facility was built in 1895. Elevation of its central part is made of green clinker brick with ornaments made of red clinker bricks. In the period 2006‑2007 a renovation of the interior was conducted. In front of the building runs very busy road. Behind the building, on east side there is located the John Paul II Park with wide open spaces. At its edge there is the Pope’s Cross commemorating a holy mass conducted at this place by Polish pope on 20th June 1983. The building of old power plant providing services for the Wilda District.
