A complex of three post-military buildings of the turning of XIX and XX centuries built with red bricks and intended for the Ulan barracks. After the renovation and adaptation of the building of barracks and the stable as well as after the change in purpose, the urban layout and partially external facades of some buildings have been retained. A splendid combination of historical architecture with modernity. The area of the City Park presents architectures approximate to the time of the construction of those developments. One of the buildings hosts a shopping mall with a series of shops, whereas, a five – storey building constitutes a hotel and residential part. Numerous cafes and restaurants of various decorations.
