Auditorium of the Adam Mickiewicz University
It is located at the building adjacent to Collegium Minus, in which, among others, the rector’s office is located. The auditorium was constructed in years 1905-1910 in the neo-renaissance style inspired by the north renaissance. Perfect acoustics predestinate it to organize concerts inside it. It may host about 1000 spectators. The viewers’ places have been placed on the ground floor and balconies. The pipe organ has been renovated. At the ceiling one may admire the polychrome by Wacław Taranczewski.
