Our mission? To make life easier for filmmakers and ensure that Poznan shines on the big screen.

WE INFORM

We provide extensive information on technical resources (equipment databases, production companies, and industry professionals).

We maintain a comprehensive database of filming locations (interiors, apartments, outdoor locations).

We provide guidance regarding formal requirements imposed by municipal services, as well as procedures related to road closures and drone operations.

We determine land ownership within the administrative boundaries of the city in relation to requested filming locations.

We offer logistical support to producers in arranging accommodation and securing additional film-production services (casting, equipment rental, props), along with other services essential to film production (catering, security, transport).

WE PRODUCE

We assist in efficiently handling administrative procedures and obtaining permits required to establish specific film sets within the City of Poznan and the Poznan Metropolitan Area. We do this through close cooperation with public officials, municipal units, and neighboring municipalities.

For larger productions, we directly facilitate negotiations with municipal institutions or private property administrators.

We assist in scouting the best filming locations.

We support location management during production.

We obtain the necessary permits on behalf of the producer.

We facilitate cooperation with public safety and emergency services (Police Department, Municipal Guard, Fire Department).

WE PROMOTE THE CITY’S FILM POTENTIAL

We organize industry events, conferences, and film screenings.

We participate in meetings, film festivals, conferences, and film-location trade fairs throughout Poland.

We work directly with the film industry, recommending productions in Poznan to producers, film directors, and scenographers in Poland and abroad.
