University of Physical Education [AWF]

A complex of students’ didactic, administrative and sports facilities of the University of Physical Education. Sports facilities include, among others: a multi-function stadium with a field hockey pitch, swimming pool, tennis courts and a sports hall adjusted for team games playing. The area of the complex includes newly constructed didactic facilities of postmodern architecture. A socrealistic edifice dating back to the sixties of XX as well as the building of the vice-chancellor’s office dating back to the first half of XX century have been preserved. In the vicinity one may visit ruins of the Warta Football Stadium of 1919. Open perspectives.
